I have been blessed with a vast career in Corporate America for 23 years where I gained expertise in marketing & business strategy. I was responsible for product selection from companies such as Revlon, Maybelline, Proctor & Gamble, Johnson & Johnson, and building Ad campaigns for 2,300 retail stores nationwide.

Kristi is one of the Founders of ACEL (Asian Corporate & Entrepreneur Leaders), a non-profit organization dedicated to developing emerging leaders in Arizona. She helped create the Professional Development and Mentorship programs as well as serving as Vice-Chair on the Board of Directors for 4 years. In 2011, Kristi was the recipient of the Positively Powerful Woman Award for Non-Profit Leadership.
In 2012, Kristi graduated from the FBI Phoenix Citizens Academy, and served on the Board of Directors for the FBI Phoenix Citizens Academy Alumni Association from 2016-2021 (serving as Board President from 2017-2019). In 2020, she was the recipient of the prestigious Tammy Denbo Leadership Award from the FBI National CAAA.
